FreeRateClub operates FreerateClub.com. We are a lead generation platform — we collect information from consumers interested in mortgage products and share that information with licensed mortgage professionals.

When you submit a lead request through our site, we collect:

• Property location (state and/or ZIP code)
• Loan amount and property value estimates
• Credit rating range
• Purchase timeline
• Veteran/military status
• Loan type you're interested in
• Any other information you voluntarily provide in your submission

We also automatically collect standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring site) through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use & Share Your Information

This is the most important section.

The purpose of this site is to connect consumers with licensed mortgage lenders. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that:

• Your information will be shared with one or more licensed mortgage professionals, lenders, or lending partners who may purchase your lead through our platform.
• Those lenders may contact you by phone, email, SMS, or other means regarding mortgage products and services.
• We may also share your information with third-party lead aggregators, marketing platforms, or fulfillment partners as necessary to process and distribute your inquiry.
• We do not control how lenders use your information once shared — they are independent businesses with their own privacy policies.

We do not rent, sell, or share your information for purposes unrelated to mortgage lead generation.

• Calling (800) 555-0199 and requesting to opt out

If you opt out, we will not share your information with lenders going forward. Note that opt-out requests apply prospectively and cannot undo information already shared.

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising purposes. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honor opt-out preference signals where required by law.
