All lenders must hold a valid mortgage license (NMLS) and provide accurate licensing information. Accounts found to be operating without proper licensing will be suspended.
Leads are sold on a non-exclusive basis. Lead credits are non-refundable except as determined by our lead return policy. Account balances may be used exclusively for lead purchases.
By purchasing leads, you agree to comply with all applicable telemarketing laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consumers have provided prior express written consent to be contacted.
FreeRateClub is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to lead quality disputes.
